Movie Night – Sunday January 11th

There’ll be a Movie Afternoon in Valhalla Room on Sunday, January 11, 2015 @ 5 pm. Doors open 4:30 pm. Title:  NOUSUKAUSI (UPSWING), 2003 Finnish “black” Comedy with English subtitles.

There is a charge of $7.00/person for coffee/tea and snacks.

This year, it is Calgary Finlandia Cultural Association’s turn to decorate Scandinavian Centre Christmas tree. Volunteers needed! Pizzas will be provided by CFCA.

Sunday, November 30, @ 3 p.m. Movie Afternoon @ Scan. Centre Doors open @  2:30.

We’ll be showing 2013  documentary, “SEL8NNE”, which is a story ofFinnish professional ice hockey winger,  Teemu Selänne. The film covers both his professional and personal life. This is a MUST SEE movie. Admission $7.00/person for coffee/tea and pastry.
